Iyanna, Floyd Mayweather's girl, has been arrested for lawful offense attack with a weapon.
Iyanna, who is 19, wounded another lady, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs, in an argument over NBA Youngboy, her boyfriend. She was captured Saturday morning at around 1:30 a.m., and is held in Houston's Harris County prison waiting for bail.
Iyanna, nicknamed Yaya, was angry when she showed up at the rapper's home and saw him there with the mother of his child. She said to Jacobs that she was Youngboy's partner and told Jacobs to leave, but she didn't.
While arguing, the two ladies found themselves in the kitchen and Iyanna got 2 knives. As per the sources, Iyanna hit Jacobs with one of the blades. Jacobs said to the police that she didn't feel the cut first but Iyanna cut her again with the other blade.
When EMT's shown up, Jacobs was on the floor, and was taken directly to the hospital.
Youngboy was seen being put in cuffs, and Iyanna told authorities that she was provoked into the argument. She said that Jacobs held her hair outside before running into the kitchen and the blade was a defense step.
Floyd still didn't remark on his little girl's capture.
