Country Musician John Prine Dies at 73 From Coronavirus

John Prine, the artist and lyricist whose country songs affected several performers and artists, died on Tuesday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, and was 73. 



His marketing expert says that John passed away today at Vanderbilt because of Covid-19 /coronavirus.

Prine was in the hospital a month ago after an "unexpected beginning" of coronavirus side effects, as per his family posted on his Twitter account. 

The post included huge thanks to all of John's supporters and fans, and that he loved them a lot.

Singer Sheryl Crow wrote that he is singing with angels now, on Twitter.

Different artists loved Prine and re-sang a significant number of his songs. Johnny Cash, in his journal, named Prine's songs as some of his most important songwriting motivations. Sway Dylan stated in 2009 that John Prine composes excellent songs.

Toby Keith wrote on Twitter that there's an enormous gap in the music world today, and that John did it best.
